10 - Mediterranean Swordfish Steaks

Swordfish steaks with cherry tomatoes and capers make a gourmet frozen meal that can be ready in 5 minutes. Simply heat up and enjoy a tasty and healthy meal.

Ingredients:
 
Frozen food preparation with swordfish, tomato, capers and seasoning.
 
68% swordfish (Xiphias gladius), 13% cherry tomatoes, seasoning (tomato puree, 18% chopped mixed shellfish (cuttlefish, octopus, clams), onion, clam stock, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, water, garlic, parsley, anchovy paste (anchovies, salt, water), fish stock preparation (dehydrated fish and shellfish) white pepper), 7% capers. May contain gluten, egg, soy, milk, mustard and nuts.  Swordfish of EU origin.
Preparation:
Remove the still-frozen product from the freshness tray. Heat a non-stick pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the product into the pan and mix all the ingredients well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the fillets for three to four minutes with the lid on high heat. Turn the fillets, stir well and add half a glass of water if necessary. Cook the fillets for another 2/3 minutes with the lid on high heat.
 
Storage at home:

In the freezer at **** or *** (-18°C) see date on package; ** (-12°C) 1 month; * (-6°C) 1 week; in the ice compartment 3 days; in the refrigerator 24 hours: Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen and must be consumed the same day. Consume after cooking.
