06 - Orecchiette with Shrimp, Squid and Turnip Greens

This frozen ready meal puts a unique spin on traditional Italian orecchiette pasta with turnips greens by adding squid and shrimp for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
Frozen food preparation based on durum wheat semolina pasta, turnip tops, molluscs, crustaceans and seasoning.
66% pre-cooked durum wheat semolina pasta (durum wheat semolina, water, salt), 19% turnip tops, 15% seasoning (turnip tops, water, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, courgettes, salt, hot red pepper sauce, modified rice starch, garlic), 20% cleaned rings and tufts of Patagonian squid (Doryteuthis gahi, fished in the southwest Atlantic, acidity correctors E330-E331), 15% shelled Argentine shrimps (Pleoticus muelleri, fished in the southwest Atlantic, antioxidant sodium metabisulphite, acidity correctors: E330-E331). May contain traces of fish, egg, soy, milk and nuts.
Preparation:
Remove the still-frozen product from its freshness tray. Heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the still-frozen product into the pan. Add half a glass of water (approx. 100 ml). Cook for 5 minutes with the lid on high heat. Add water if necessary. Stir occasionally to mix all the ingredients well. Season with salt to taste.
Storage at home:
In the freezer at **** or *** (-18°C) see date on package; ** (-12°C) 1 month; * (-6°C) 1 week; in the ice compartment 3 days; in the refrigerator 24 hours: Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen and must be consumed the same day. Consume after cooking.
