03 - Gnocchetti with Octopus Ragù

A delicious and comforting dish of tender gnocchetti pasta topped with a rich and flavorful octopus ragù. This frozen Italian-style recipe offers a taste of the Mediterranean in every bite.
Ingredients:
Frozen food preparation based on potato gnocchetti, octopus, tomato, seasoning.
60% potato gnocchetti (fresh steamed potatoes PGI del Fucino 85%, wheat flour, egg, salt, sunflower oil), 20% octopus (Octopus vulgaris, fished in the western Mediterranean Sea - Balearic Islands, acidity correctors: E330, E331), seasoning (tomato puree, chopped mixed molluscs 18% (cuttlefish, octopus, clams), onion, clam stock, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, water, garlic, parsley, anchovy paste (anchovies, salt, water), fish stock preparation (dehydrated fish and shellfish) white pepper), cherry tomatoes. May contain traces of soy, milk, sulphites and nuts.
Preparation:
Remove the still-frozen product from its freshness tray. Heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the still-frozen product into the pan. Add half a glass of water (approx. 100 ml). Cook for 5 minutes with the lid on high heat. Add water if necessary. Stir occasionally to mix all the ingredients well. Season with salt to taste.
Storage at home:
In the freezer at **** or *** (-18°C) see date on package; ** (-12°C) 1 month; * (-6°C) 1 week; in the ice compartment 3 days; in the refrigerator 24 hours: Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen and must be consumed the same day. Consume after cooking.
